How do I cancel my nonprofit’s subscription?

To cancel your nonprofit’s subscription:

1. Click on Account in the navigation menu to get to the Account page. 

2. Under the Subscription heading, click on the button “Cancel Subscription” at the very bottom.

3. You will be prompted by a popup to confirm that you wish to cancel. If you are sure that you want to cancel then click “Yes”.

When you cancel your nonprofit’s subscription there will be no refund issued; your nonprofit will have access to all the features of its current plan until the end of the monthly billing cycle. After that time the nonprofit (and all of its Collaborators) will lose access to all of the valuable features in your paid plan.
