While the Minute Book is a collection of .pdf documents with your nonprofit’s most important corporate records, the Data Summary is a collection of all of the relevant data about your nonprofit that is used for ongoing management and compliance. It is important that the Data Summary be as complete and up-to-date as possible because it’s the information that is used to run Updates and to provide ongoing compliance notifications.
